Anywhere Pants 4 5 22 22
Love these pants My only complaint is that the old sizing (pre 2007) fit me better. Now the large is too big and the medium is rather tight. Medium used to fit me perfectly. Would be nice if these pants had belt loops. I wear them with un-tucked shirts most of the time (to hide the elastic waist). I bought my first pair of these in about 1998 for cross country skiing. Then started wearing them for travel and now wear them every day. These pants keep you cool when it's hot and dry quickly in cold wet weather. I still wear them for cross country skiing with only briefs under them down to about 10 degrees fahrenheit. At lower temps, I add some light weight long underwear. I dislike pants that are too warm. These pants keep me cooler than any other long pants (even the "charcoal" color in direct sunlight). And I think they look great with un-tucked straight-hem shirts. April 28, 2013
My favorite for exercise I bought two pair of these pants over 15 years ago. I still have them, and they are still in reasonable shape but now too large. By the way, the fabric even then was supplex, not cotton. They wick moisture away beautifully and I wore them year round. The zippered pockets are very useful. I expect to get just as much wear from my new smaller pants and hope Travelsmith never discontinues these. November 23, 2012
Where's the Cotton!!!???? I have been wearing Anywhere pants for years. The nylon pants can't hold a candle to the cotton ones. Please bring back the cotton! October 9, 2012
colors Gentlemen, Please bring back the STONE color. I will order 10 pairs. I would recommend them to anyone. Best all around trousers I have ever owned. June 14, 2012
Sloppy My husband buys a lot of TravelSmith pants, and wears them all the time. While he likes them (though they always have to be shortened), I have to admit that I'm sick of them. Sure they're comfy, but with all that baggy microfiber stuff he walks around looking like a "sad sack.". Everything is loose. Don't be misled into thinking you'll look sharp in these clothes. This is my first step in going about telling him how awful he looks in these clothes. Wear them on the plane or in the middle of the Serengeti, but please stop wearing them out to dinner. May 5, 2012
Buckle releases and without belt loops it's OOOPS! Similar comment as below. Can you rescue these pants for me? As is, I spend my time holding them up and not enjoying them at all as I used to. The overall quality seems to be lessened generally and cheapened without loops. The product needs a redesign with new specs. At this price we are deserving of it as long time customers..............eddie At least ship me 2 stronger buckles. THX November 11, 2011
Go back to the cotton version I have worn the cotton version of this product for years and loved it. The belt buckle on this new version wouldn't hold on the first wearing. The nylon swooshes as you walk. Only one back pocket. I was very disappointed with this new nylon pant and sent them back. I wouldn't recommend these pants at all. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD COTTON VERSION! November 1, 2011
needed improvements Good that you have this product back , BUT, -Pants need belt loops for a real belt. -The new buckle is weak and will open under a strain. I would return them for this reason , but i need them in spite of this issue. Just limits their usefulness. Needs a 2nd back pocket. October 5, 2011
