Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lightweight, sturdy and comfortable I had doubts about this shoe holding up since it's essentially made with woven elastic. Not only is it comfortable, supportive and has a nice profile, but it is sturdier than expected. It's great for walking, although not as supportive as a fitness shoe, but close. I haven't stood for hours in museums, so wonder if the footbed will give the kind of support necessary. It's a foam sole, so I imagine that they probably won't be good for hours of standing, but don't know yet. So far, my feet have never hurt at day's end with these shoes. The only downside is that these shoes tend to make my feet rather hot. I have hand washed mine several times and not only do they usually dry overnight (good idea to hit them with a hairdryer lightly before bed to make sure) but they are almost as good as new in the morning. I have multiple colors and styles of this elastic woven shoe and am ordering more. Great value! October 25, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Sizes are marked incorrectly I really love this shoe. What I don't love is that the website said 41 = 10-10.5, when in fact 41=9.5. I have to return them. It's probably not right to say they run small; it's probably more correct to say the size equivalence shown for this show is not correct. April 4, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Skimpy Where's your foot supposed to go? I was measured a couple of weeks ago as an 8.5 *snork* I told the guy, Tell that to the shoes. I have been ordering 9.5s most often. I really wanted these Bernie Mev slip-ons. I have some of their open-toed shoes and know they are fun but cheaply made. So I ordered these in a 41 -- 10-10.5? Right. (ohhh, the mini-description on this current page says 9.5...!) Just enough in length but the whole back section is just a strip of fabric. I know plenty of slip-ons are like this and don't know how people wear them. The bottom of our heels are round, where is the room for that? Oh, a .001-inch of memory foam. The sides of our heels are curved for at least an inch, then cup inward. These feel like they are slipping off before even standing up. They send you an extra insole with a slight cup for heel and very light arch, but the existing insole doesn't seem to come out without damaging. I had thought I would be taking it out and putting in a decent insole. Now that I see these are the largest, I might have to give up and send them back. I need simple slip-on, supportive shoes for dog walking, so that I can yank them off/on in people's houses, and I love red! Fooey... March 25, 2016
