Mixed Bag
There are many things to like about this coat. It fits well, the material is soft and broken in, it has lots of pockets. But the major drawback is the exterior chest picket, which is way too small to hold anything more than a handkerchief. Having bought quite a few sports jackets from Travelsmith over the years I have noticed this as a growing (or, actually, a shrinking problem). This pocket is much too small for a glasses case, which is the common use for that pocket for me. Overall this is a disappointment in a coat with many pockets (a few others too small as well) designed for travel.

attractive but poorly made
The jacket looked good and the sizing was accurate. But the back seam was improperly sewn causing the back vent to pucker. I returned the jacket and asked for an exchange. This request was honored promptly but the jacket again had the same problem leading me to believe that this is true of the entire lot. I was able to have the garment repaired by a local tailor.
