crinkled????
This jacket wasn't crinkled, it was wrinkled. In fact, so wrinkled I couldn't get my arms in the sleeves. I'm talking heavy, permanant, metal wrinkles. A steam iron didn't even touch them. In fact, it added more wrinkles. Washing and tumble drying didn't touch them either. I love crinkled fabric but believe me these weren't crinkles!

Petite Not proportioned Right
I wanted to love this jacket- great color fabric, liked the drawstring waist to show feminine shape, lots of pockets. However, I am 5'5" and ordered a petite, but the waist was so long it came down to my upper hips. If I pulled the drawstring to my waist, the jacket bulged out all around- very unattractive. Sadly, I had to return it. Travelsmith, please proportion your garments for petites, don't just shorten the length!

Easy traveler
I wanted a lightweight rain jacket which would pack easily in a small space and look "a little dressy" when needed. This jacket fulfilled all those requirements. However, I feel that the sleeves are just a little snug. It is a good neutral color which goes with almost everything.

Good choice!
Liked this in the catalog and bought it when it went on sale. Very classy look, especially for a raincoat. Bought the Petite Large, and it is a bit bigger than I'd like, but I'm keeping it, figuring that it will be worn over other layers. A size down might be too snug. Haven't had occasion to wear it in the rain yet so not sure how well it will repel water, but I'd wear this even if it weren't raining because it's a good-looking jacket, and the metallic fabric really dresses it up.

Metallic Anorak
I wouldn't call it "crinkled" I would call it wrinkled. It also sticks to itself when put down and if I am sitting it will stick to itself an made a wrinkled looking rear. It is good at shedding rain, tho I haven't washed it yet and it should have a hood rather than the silly looking high collar.

I love this jacket. It is lightweight yet warm. It packs like a dream - scrunches up small & shakes out to look great. It weighs nothing. One of the very best travel clothing items I have ever purchased. I get tremendous compliments on it when I wear it. Good value!

Looks great, makes me look thinner. I'm using it as a jacket, not as a raincoat and it's warm and comfortable. Love it !!!!!
