Really works as promised, extremely well made
I have had my pack-it folder for years. I spend 50-100 days a year on the road and have used this on nearly every trip for the past several years. It shows almost no wear. I fold most of my clothes into this container. I am able to place a skirt folded in half long-wise and pants folded with 1/3 of the leg folded in. I alternate the direction the pants are placed and several stack neatly. Suit jackets are a bit trickier for this size folder but once you establish whether the padded shoulders should be folded in or left out, they pack easily. When I arrive at the hotel I open the pack-it, fold the cover flaps under and place it in the drawer. I store my folded items such as sweaters on my pack-it. This prevents snags on sometimes rough drawers I use light colored ones so that I can see my items in the drawer. I don't leave the plastic bottom in mine because it can then conform to the bottom of my suitcase here the handles are. I still have no trouble with wrinkling. It is possible to place far more clothes in the pack-it than should go in my suitcase. I typically have 1 jacket, 1-3 suit skirts/pants, 2 or 3 dress shirts, 1 pair of casual pants and a lightweight t-shirt/shirt or two.

Great item
I bought this for my husband, prior to our 2 week vacation. We were going to 3 countries and would be staying in 4 different hotels. The Pack-it folder kept his unworn shirts organized as we moved from hotel to hotel.

Good deal!
This is a great product and one I recommend for anyone who travels, even if only once a year. Less-frequent travelers, in fact, may find it MORE useful since there is a tendency to over-pack until one learns the hard way.
I just hope Eagle Creek starts to make these in a few larger sizes to match their larger luggage. Every once in a while, travelers DO go on longer trips requiring more stuff!

I originally bought the 18" folder and loved it so much that I purchased the 20" for myself and daughter. Just love the fact that my clothes are wrinkle free and are not tossed around. It also enables me to pack more efficiently. I would certainly recommend this product.
