TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED
Getting ready to go on a cruise in 2 weeks and followed the instructions to a T. Worked for about 5 minutes then went dead. Turned off both the beeper and the luggage tag and it started beeping again. Then went dead. Tried it an hour later by turning both beeper and tag on, nothing happened. Then I pressed the top and bottom of the beeper and it beeped intermittently, then died again. I was looking forward to using this product and now I'm terribly disappointed! Bought one for my sister at the same time and hers is not working either.

Good concept but doesn't work
I read the reviews before I purchased this item but figured that in most cases it was simply a matter of not following the confusing set up instructions. I do know how to follow instructions but this product simply does not work! Jus got back from my first trip with it and it totally failed to detect my bag. Save your money.

terrible
fabulous idea but it did not work. According to the directions, you activate when dropping off the luggage at the airport and leave in the on position. The battery is supposed to go into a dormant stage to be activated when within 90' of your luggage. My plane trip was 9 hours with about 2 hours waiting time and the alarm did not work. I was very disappointed and I hope it was just a faulty tag. If you have ever been on a cruise you know how difficult it is finding luggage in a sea of luggage after the cruise. I really wanted this to work and it didn't.
