Delightful summer tunic
This is linen so it wrinkles....that is what linen does. It washes well and irons like a dream. Well made and very good fabric. I am enjoying it very much.

NEEDS IRONING, YES, BUT GREAT FIT AND STYLE!
Yes, this top will need ironing (it's linen!), but it fits well and looks great!!

Linen Tunic
Beautiful...BUT, I ordered the large and it was too tight in the shoulders and bust, but the right length. I returned it for XL
and it fits but is way too long. I will have to have it altered.
Now I am afraid to wash it...

dont' buy this shirt unless you like to iron
shirt fit great, but it is linen and wrinkles immediately after putting it on. You would have to travel with an iron and expect to get only one wear. This shirt was not made for traveling!

Expensive and Disappointing
I bought this at full price with hopes of using it easily on mutliple trips. When I first tried it on, it was great. After one washing, however, I realized that it needed a LOT of ironing. Worse, when I spilled a small amout of chocoate on it and tried cleaning it with a basic spot remover, it immediately bleached a spot on the fabric. Permanently. AS a result, I've worn it twice and now it's unwearable. I am out $90 for a shirt that neither washes or wears well. I've always liked my products from Travelsmith, but this feels like a poor choice indeed. I expect the products to be better vetted by this company.

Have iron, will travel
I expect clothes bought on Travel Smith to travel without effort. This beautiful top fit great and looked great UNTIL I washed it. It cannot be worn again until it's completely and purposefully ironed. No if's ands or buts about it. After machine wash and tumble dry low, it lost all finish and appeal. I packaged it up and sent it back. There's no way I'm going to travel with an article of clothing that HAS to be ironed. For the price, this lovely top is a loser. Try item 5950 - Pintuck Poet Shirt - it is truly a dream straight from the dryer.
