My Best Buy for 2012
I love everything about this vest. I bought the plum berry even though it's not a color that I normally wear, and it's my favorite. I loved it so I bought the heather grey. My husband liked them so much he bought the teal for me! The weight is perfect - warm but not heavy - falls very nicely without bunching around the hips. It is true to size and is slimming. It's perfect for casual day at work, or throw on a scarf for movies or happy hour. Care instructions say tumble dry. The vest lost about 1.5in in length when I dried it, so I dry flat now. Other than that, it launders beautifully. The great sale price makes it quite a value.

Casual elegance
This vest is great for the office or the weekends. The colors are lovely: I ordered the Plumberry and the Lilac and, while the colors are pretty similar when viewed in person, I still find that they go with different shirts. The weight is lovely--warm but not bulky, flowing. Casually elegant. I prefer vests with a button but the great pockets more than compensate. Highly recommended.

Fun sweater!
I like this vest sweater, it adds color & interest without being too warm like a sweater with sleeves. I generally don't like hoods, esp. on a sweater, but this one is O.K. & it doesn't pull the front back like some other tops with hoods do. Love the colors, too!

Does it have pockets? YES!
I ordered this vest in the size medium and it fit true to size. I am 5-4 and 130lbs. I choose the Teal color - started to order the grey, but decided at the last minute, "Hey, why not something different?", so picked the Teal instead. I was NOT disappointed at all, it is a pretty, understated, classic shade of teal and of a very nice, substantial but not bulky at all, material. Not heavy either - when I removed the vest from its package I was quite surprised at the weighty "drape" or fall of the vest. It is not clinghy at all! And when I was just about to be disappointed in the fact that there were no pockets, well, surprise!! The are pockets for sure - one on each side of the lapel, at the bottom where the lapel folds back. Very nice. I was obviously satisfied!

warmth and style
Lovely vest that is perfect for relaxed style in frozen north. I plan to use it as a transitional piece this fall. Will also be great for travel to add a light layer of warmth and style. Love the teal color... fashionable and flattering for almost anyone.

In LOVE with this vest!
This vest is fabulous. It is my new "uniform." It makes jeans or French terry pants and a long-sleeve t-shirt look chic and put together and goes equally well with a level up in dressiness. I fell in love with this vest the moment I first spotted it in the catalog last fall. I ordered it and discovered it was back-ordered till end of December and could hardly wait till it came, hoping against hope it would be as wonderful as I had built it up in my mind to be. I was not disappointed! When it came a week earlier than projected, I was, indeed, as thrilled with it as I had imagined! It's beautifully made, the perfect weight--light, yet substantial--and is very slimming. What more could you ask for? Oh, and it even has POCKETS! I've worn it several times but have not yet washed it so I can't testify about that but I'll be shocked if it doesn't wash well.
