Great value as a travel dress!
I got the black and white print -- works well for business and dresses up for evening. I took it on a 3-week trip to Africa and it held up amazingly well. You can ball it up and stuff it in your suitcase, sleep in it, whatever -- looks great. Substantial fabric and stays remarkably clean. The print is lively enough that you don't need to worry about a lot of accessorizing. I don't generally write reviews, but this is a great value as a travel dress!

Very nice dress
I now own this dress in both prints. The fabric is excellent, substantial and stretchy. The dress fits me perfectly and can be dressed up with pearls or down with flip flops and I have done both. My only complaint is that one dress has a twisted facing, and the other has some pucker along the zipper. This dress is made in America and I want to purchase American. I know how to sew and I know: America, we can do better!

baggy underarms
I was disappointed in the shaping of this dress. I'm big busted and 5'6-1/2" and usually need to order a 16 to compensate. But I found the bustline a bit loose and the arm hole seams would have needed to be taken in. The middle part revealed my tummy too much and the length is too long to be a very flattering style for most. The material is a thick twill and the dress feels very durable. It's going back.

Very sharp looking dress
I wasn't sure I was going to like this dress upon touching the fabric. It was heavier than I'd expected, but it laundered like a dream and does not wrinkle. The dress turned out to be quite comfortable.

goes anywhere with or without a jacket
This dress never wrinkles! It is very comfortable and so easy to pack. I am 5'5", usually find things too long, but this dress hits just below my knees. I find that I can wear it for work all day under my lab coat, then add some jewelry for the evening.

Love this Dress!!
I am a relatively recent TravelSmith addict, but this is one of my top two favorite purchases over the last 9 months. It is machine washable, comes out looking beautiful, fits perfect and can be worn to work with a jacket or sweater(I'm an attorney) or for more casual events. It's another reason I'm sorry to see summer end, I've really enjoyed this new staple to my wardrobe.

Very flattering!
I have been looking at this dress for about a year, finally just ordered it. I LOVE it! It is the perfect pattern and weight to hide a few bulges, fits great, and does not wrinkle.
I'm 5'2" so had to hem it but otherwise, the fit was right. I do wish it had short sleeves (hint, hint).
Glad I finally bought it!

Shoddy Workmanship
The dress fit beautifully but was poorly put together. One of the seams was open and torn.
