excellent shape
I have been wearing this to the exercise class and love it. It gives a smooth shape and feels great. I stopped wearing any other pair of exercise pants.
I am normally 10-12 and ordered a large. It's snug, but it fits and holds the shape well.
I am getting another one with the sale on.

size up and up!
On advice of another reviewer I ordered a size larger than normal - way too tight. I also recommend ordering 2 sizes up. Material is alright, thicker than some other leggings on the market, which is nice. Not sure about the tummy control aspect as these were too small. Am returning and will not replace with a larger size. For the money, just OK

Exceptionally small
I am a small woman who usually wears a size 6 petite. I am only 5'2" tall, 118#, and have narrow hips. I did order one size larger, as was recommended, but this was not large enough. Even with a size medium, I was unable to get these leggings on. I have sent the leggings back, asking for a size large. Will the "large" leggings fit? I have no idea. But this sizing is badly off.
