Microcord Boot Skirt

I had such high hopes...
I've been looking for a corduroy boot skirt for ages, and was excited when I found this one, ordering right away. Upon its prompt arrival, I put on my size medium right out of the box, found it to be pretty loose -- oh well, comfort is key. And I assumed all those wrinkles would go away, it being a travel piece -- but they didn't. Not after I spritzed it and hung it up (my usual "Ironing" method during travels), not after I pressed it, not ever. I even washed it, thinking the fabric would finally relax; instead, the topstitching on the front accent seams appears to have shrunk, adding yet another dimension to the wrinkles. I'm very disappointed, and am sending it back. Too bad!

Love Fabric
The corded fabric is so soft. I normally wear 18W petite, but ordered a XL. Fits great, roomy, comfortable waist. A great boot length skirt. Do think it a bit pricey, as was not on sale, however I am glad I ordered it.
