I bought this for a European trip and was very pleased. Under the flap, the first compartment has space for a phone, an I-pod, passport and a fleece lined space for glasses. This made it very easy to switch from regular glasses to sunglasses.. Also under the flap was a space where I kept currency, my coin purse and a quick phrase guide. The main snap pouch had room for a book, umbrella and water bottle as well as a zippered pouch for cosmetics. There was an additonal outside pouch where I kept maps and a scarf to wear on my shoulder in churches. The special treat? The outside logo is not completely stitched down and is the perfect place for a metro ticket so you can easily find it when you exit. Oh, and don't forget the special fob where you can attach your keys.

Just OK
I bought this bag for my 2 week vacation to the UK. I wanted something comfortable for my shoulders and it was but it is not very practical. The compartments are not that great and it really needs a flap to over the main opening. As I mentioned we were in the UK and it rained a lot so water got in the bad during an unexpected down pour one evening.
