Packable Pro Travel Mirror 3.8 5 21 21
Can't see my face -- viewing area too small I have been trying to find a lighted travel magnifying mirror for some time and appear to be one of those people who can't use one well. I can only see a tiny part of my face when I can get anything in focus, and I really can't maneuver around to see other areas without having to start all over. I'm so close to the mirror by the time I've got something in focus that it's frustrating . So back it goes. I wonder if wearing glasses (and needing to wear glasses) is the reason for this, as various reviewers have such different reviews for this mirror. The light is not really adequate -- could be quite a bit brighter. I really like that it uses the common AA batteries instead of those exotic kinds you can't find, and it seems to be made well. I really like the on-off switch as well. The viewing angle is wrong for me also -- I had to hold it up in the air to get it to work at all. Not the right product for me, I guess. March 20, 2014
TRAVEL MIRROR I used this product and I will take it with me when I travel because it does fold flat and is easy to pack. However, I prefer the one I use at home to apply makeup. This travel mirror has the magnification that I need, but I feel it is overpriced. April 16, 2014
Great for applying eye make up! I took this on a recent trip and glad I did. The hotel room did not have any magnifying mirrors and I don't see that well so I was able to apply my eye makeup with this mirror without wearing glasses. Good lighting, and packed easily. I only wish that it had a flip side with regular magnification, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. April 11, 2014
No more waiting for the hotel mirror. I have my own. April 10, 2014
Just what I was looking for. I needed a makeup mirror that would be easy to pack, lights up, and I could easily see to put my makeup on. This is perfect!!!!! March 27, 2014
A constant travel companion The packable mirror has been a 'must have' for many years. The fact that it moves to a standup position is great for wherever we are, table or no table, and the magnification of 10x removes errors with makeup. This is my second order of the lighted packable mirror. After many years, the plastic cracked while moving to a standup position but I continued to use it until my new one arrived. March 7, 2014
Defective design. I was excited to find what appeared on paper to be a great travel mirror but everything about it is wrong. The angle is wrong, it sits too low on the desk, and the magnification is wrong as I cannot see my whole face as the description promises. I have to lean way down and bring my face very close to it to get a clear image of a very small area of my face. At this point, I am too close to the mirror to be able to use an eyeliner brush. I am going back to traveling with a much smaller and wafer thin mirror that I got free with a cosmetic purchase. I wish I had returned this packable mirror as it was a waste of money. March 16, 2013
Great Product This product is easy to pack, and great to have with the poor lighting in the hotel rooms. I highly recommend this! February 12, 2014
