I think I like it Not perfect. I agree with some of the other reviews, but it is close enough to perfect to become my new favorite purse. The grab handle at the top should be bigger. A zip pocket on the front would be useful. I did find that it is a perfect cross-body bag if one strap is let out longer. My main complaint is the security features. They are too difficult to work. The hook at the top of the bag is too tight; I can't pull it out far enough to hook onto the zipper pull. A bit of elastic would go a long way here. Also the lock on the strap for table legs is frustrating. But I have decided it doesn't need to be locked. As long as the strap is hooked around something stable it's probably as secure unlocked as in the locked position. August 2, 2014
Great Light Backpack, but Straps Slip I purchased the bag last year and use it a lot. I like the simple design, but would suggest adding an optional cross-chest strap (like on other backpacks). When I load it up with a phone, tablet, wallet and other gear the straps slip. This can be inconvenient when traveling or running to a meeting. This happens especially on down jackets or rain coats. The addition of a removable strap with clasps on either end would not require a change in basic design. It could be used or not, depending on the situation. May 23, 2014
Well designed day pack I have been using my pack in preparation for a pretty lengthy trip, and I have only 1 minor suggestion for improving it. Make the grab handle on top of the bag slightly larger so you can fit it over your wrist, and you can get a good grip when you are zipping/unzipping the main front zipper. If you are holding the bag you have to grip it under your arm to get a good grip on the zipper. Otherwise, the bag is sturdy but not bulky, has good interior pocket layout (my iPad fits in perfectly, along with a cell, keys, wallet, sunglass case, and misc other items). I expect with time the shoulder straps will soften and the bag will be nearly perfect. April 16, 2014
Excellent city bag I have to use a backpack to protect my back from further problems. I researched many models before deciding on this one and it paid up. I bought the walnut color, which is neutral enough to be paired with almost any outfit. The size is compact enough to make it look more like a purse and less like a backpack. I can easily fit both a mini i-pad and a Surface in the bag (however, a larger lap-top would definitively not fit in there), and there is still some place left for the wallet, the glasses, the cellphone and the keys. I can even fit a small umbrella horizontally at the bottom of the bag! So there is sufficient space for everyday stuff, but there would be no more space left to put in additional things, like when one travels. To make it even better, I would only add an inside strap to hold the keys without having to search for them, and an outside mesh for the cellphone or a water bottle. I would also increase the size of the hidden pocket, as in its current size it cannot even hold a passport. Goes without saying that all the security features are a plus. All in all, an excellent purse that could use a couple of improvements. February 15, 2013
Really like it Beside the fact it looks kind of like a lunch cooler, I do like it. A review I read said the RFID pocket was to small for a passport, but I fit all 3 of ours and my credit cards. It does hold my IPad as well Buckles for sizing slide around which is annoying, you have to readjust frequently . And I wish there was an outside pocket for a water bottle. All that said its a great little backpack to use as a purse May 7, 2013
Great Backpack! Very neat appearance and lightweight. Plenty of room for my needs (e.g., book, magazines, makeup purse, wallet, etc.). I'm very satisfied. November 25, 2013
A great purchase I got this for a trip to England and it was the only purse I used the whole two weeks. It was very comfortable as a backpack and my Kindle fit it perfectly. I also just lengthened the straps and used is as a shoulder bag. I felt very safe with all the features it had including the RFID. The only suggestion I would have is that the manufacturer could add an outside pocket or two for items that don't need the security. September 29, 2013
Perfect for traveling Purchased this to go to Italy. Very light weight. The security features will make it perfect. Like that it can be used for both a "purse" and a backpack since we're trying to travel light. Can see using it full time, even after our trip. Very well made. May 23, 2013
