Free Shipping on Exchanges*

Get the perfect fit, color or style with free shipping on all exchanges (domestic orders only).

To ensure free shipping on your exchange, please use the shipping label enclosed with your order package.*


Items returned within 60 days of invoice date will be refunded to the original method of payment (less applicable shipping and handling fees). From 61-90 days of invoice date, you will receive a merchandise credit (less shipping and handling fees) towards your next purchase. If you are exchanging an item, there will be no shipping and handling fees on your return/re-shipment.

If you are returning merchandise for a refund, there is $7.50 postage and insurance charge per package when using the label service.** If a return label is not included with your order, please contact Customer Service (800-770-3387).

If you prefer, you may use the standard return label on the packing slip and pay for your own return shipping (and insurance) via the carrier of your choice.
