Get the perfect fit, color or style with free shipping on all exchanges (domestic orders only). Offer valid for 3 months after date of original order.

To ensure free shipping on your exchange, please use the shipping label enclosed with your order package. International customers and customers from Hawaii and Alaska please contact Customer Service (800.770.3387).

Returns

If you are making an exchange, there is no charge to return the item(s) and the new merchandise will be shipped to you for no additional shipping charge. If you are returning merchandise for a refund, there is a charge of $6.95 per package when using the label service. If a return label is not included with your order, please contact Customer Service (800.770.3387).

If you prefer, you may use the standard return label on the packing slip and pay for your own return shipping (and insurance) via the carrier of your choice.
