A lovely garment
I bought this duster to wear for an important presentation, and it was a total hit. I felt confident and beautiful in this unusual duster and received many compliments. The embroidery is good, but not great, quality -- I had to trim strays away from a couple of places. But it is well worth its price. I found it to fit exactly right as a petite large.

Beautiful Jacket
I am 5'6" and 151 lbs. I ordered the size large. It fits nicely and is so elegant. I agree with some other reviews about the colors. They are more muted than bright, but still very lovely. I bought this on sale and believe it was a great investment. I can't wait to wear it!

Goes with anything!
I bought this on a whim and am very pleased. After reading several reviews, I was worried about colors, but the colors of my duster are true to the pictures on line. I am 5'5', not overweight but a little thick in the middle. I vary between a medium and large top. I ordered the petite large, even though I do not wear petite tops. The fit was perfect--sleeves just right and and the coat not too tight but not baggy or sloppy either. I can wear something long sleeved under it with no problem but it also looks fine with something sleeveless. The lines are fairly slimming--something I was not expecting. I bought it on sale and for that price it is a good value. It is a versatile piece that goes with any color and looks equally good with jeans or dresses.

Elegant
I already own the Multi-Floral Embroidered Jacket in size medium—a garment that invariably garners compliments. Since it is a bit long in the sleeve [I am 5'4-1/2".], I tried to order the Royal Garden Silk Shantung Duster in a petite size medium, but they were sold out. Wanting to take advantage of the sale price, I ordered the regular size medium. SURPRISE! The sleeve length is just fine! The Duster is truly lovely and quite well made. The embroidery, while festive, is not at all gaudy. It also runs true to size. I can't wait to wear it!

Not tall? Order Petite size
This is a beautiful piece, very well constructed & flattering without being ostentatious. As one reviewer noted, the colors aren't nearly as vibrant as they appear to be in the photo, but this in no way undercuts the beauty of the coat. Please note, however: I ordered a Medium, but the sleeves are just a bit too long, which means I'll have to roll them up & cover the beautiful embroidery at the wrist. Plus, the "mid-thigh" length is fairly close to the knee (the shoulders fit fine) If you're not tall, even if you don't usually wear petite sizes, I highly recommend that your order this one in Petite.

Lovely but not for me
I didn't realize it was so long. Long doesn't look good on my frail small frame but the coat is lovely and well made. I'm going to exchange it for something I can wear and feel comfortable in.
I think this would be elegant on a tall thin person.

Stunning jacket
This is a spectacular piece, very feminine and elegant. Needs to be worn with absolutely plain pants, shell, dress, whatever. Compliments guaranteed!
