cut too large
I ordered a small and it is huge on me. Have to return it.

Good in Some Situations
This top is very large, especially at the bottom, even in the small size. My frame is 36" bust/34D, 29" waist, 36" hips, 5"4" height and 128lbs. I would recommend it only for wearing with a belt and with the long, Travelsmith skirt of multi-colors. The neckline is not too low cut and the ruffles do not hinder the flow of the material as it falls down and covers the shoulders.
