Standard Delivery

2-3 Day Delivery

Will arrive within 2 to 3 business days if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST). This delivery is only available in the contiguous USA. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes using this shipping option.

1-2 Day Delivery

Will arrive within 1 to 2 business days if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST). This delivery is only available in the contiguous USA. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes using this shipping option.

Returns and Exchanges

We promise a full refund if you are not totally satisfied at any time you own a TravelSmith product. For details and a downloadable Return/Exchange form, please see our Returns/Exchanges page.

Sales Taxes

Please add local sales tax of 7.5% for CA residents, or 5.5% for
OH residents.

SHIPPING SURCHARGES

On certain oversize items, a shipping surcharge will be applied. The charge is noted with each applicable product. Express shipping isn't available for these items.

Excess shipping charges may apply to oversized shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. If an item is backordered, you’ll be given an approximate date of shipment in your order confirmation. You won’t be charged for backordered items until they ship.

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you won’t be charged for the item.
