Disappointed and worried
I love the look of this purse and the size is perfect. However, the first week I used it one side of one of the handles came off. I took it to a shoe repair shop to have it sewn back on and the other handle connections reinforced ($15). Very flimsy thread was used to sew them on originally. After reading reviews, I am now worried that the straw will start to unravel. I would absolutely love this purse if it were of better quality.

Real Disappointment
I ordered this purse because I needed a neutral purse for summer. I have every other color immaginable. The 1st week , the inner snap strap pulled from the purse and came off. I let this slide because I thought I probably won't snap it anyway. Yesterday, not having used the purse in over a month (homebound from surgery), I opted to take it on my 1st outing. Well, one of the straps broke. I am truly disappointed. I really thought your quality of products was above average. After having read the reviews today, I find that I am not the only person with this issue. I WILL read reviews first from now on.

looks good
love the color and look. zip pocket too small, can't even get the wallet in. cell pocket too shallow, so sunglasses or phone fall out.

Looks aren't everything
I have had this bag about a month ...one of the handles has already come off and there is a tear inside on the bottom. I am not one who is hard on bags and I felt as the previous person about the bag until I started to use it and the handle fell off. I am over 50 and it's not ike I fling it around so I am very unsatisfied with this purchase and would not recommend it.

Stylish and Versatile
When younger, I had a handbag similar to this one so I was immediately attracted to the durable style and versatility of it. Although it was a bit roomier inside than I thought it would be, I have enjoyed using it while traveling and at home. The straw is a little rough and chafing when I was carrying it and it rubbed against me, but that is to be expected because of the nature of straw. I liked all three colors offered and probably should have purchased more than one as this type of bag is not terribly common. Overall, I have been very satisfied with this purchase.

Very Mediterranean-Looking Purse!
I will soon be traveling to Portugal, and wanted something instead of a small backpack to carry my things. This bag is perfect for that. It's roomy, but not overpoweringly so (I don't like huge bags). It has a magnetic clasp, and also has leather snaps on opposite sides so that you're sure your items are secured. This bag is so cute (and goes perfectly with TravelSmith's Fiesta skirt), it'll effortlessly go from daytime to nighttime! In case you are hoping for several compartments: There is only one small zippered compartment on the inside; the rest of the bag is one big compartment.
