Rated 2 out of 5 by Very disappointed I thought I had found the best travel pillow. I've been practicing using it before an upcoming long plane ride and noticed it wasn't holding in the air - slowly deflating. Then I saw a small hole in the seam. Sending it back. I knew it was too good to be true. September 15, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by I Won't Travel Without It Now I am so happy to have found this product! I flew from CA to NYC last year and found myself very jealous of the man sitting next to me that was using a TravelRest pillow. I asked him where he got it and quickly placed an order when I landed - I would have gotten it at the airport gift shop but I couldn't find one anywhere, so I had to wait till I could place an order online. I have not flown without it since. In the past I have tried the neck pillows, but my neck always hurt afterwards, the TravelRest one allows me to lean into the pillow and fully relax. I highly recommend this to any novice or seasoned traveler. May 2, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Real Comfort Sleeping on a plane while traveling isn't easy but this unique travel pillow allows you to get into a comfortable position, even when the passenger in front of you reclines, and sleep peaceully. June 9, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this pillow! I logged 345,000 miles this year due to my work and I have tried every travel pillow on the market. I suffer from a bulging disc which makes flying all the more uncomfortable. This travel pillow allows me to support my head and neck and I'm able to fall asleep and STAY asleep for a much longer period of time than with all of the other pillows I've tried. I find it easy to use although I recommend getting familiar with it before your flight and taking the instructions with you. I prefer the "messenger bag" way to use. Inflates quickly and easily with just a few puffs. You can also snap it to the outside of your carry-on bag for easy access. November 21, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous - no pain after a 10 hour red-eye I bought this pillow hoping it would provide my neck and back with some much needed support and ease the pain of a 10 hour red eye. I purchased this not thinking it would really work for me but was pleasantly surprised that it supported my head and neck and body so that I could comfortably fall asleep and stay asleep. Liked how easy it was to blow up and deflate. Easily fit into my purse. Would recommend. November 2, 2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good overall Overall, I liked this pillow and would recommend it. It was much better (for me) than the u-shaped neck pillows, as it really let me lean to the side and sort of "nestle in" to the pillow and I didn't have any problems with my head flopping forward (which always makes me jerk awake). I used this on long flights from SFO to Zurich and Zurich to South Africa (and back). The downsides were: 1) it's a little difficult to find a good position for the top (large) end of the pillow on seats that have a built-in headrest, especially the type of headrest with "wings" that can't be folded back flat. But I did manage to sort of wedge the pillow between the headrest and the side of the plane. 2) the valve for blowing the pillow up is huge. It feels (and probably looks) like you're having to give mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to the thing. Also, because the pillow is long it's hard to find a position that both allows it to fully inflate and you to keep your mouth on the valve at the same time. 3) the included cords for attaching the top of the pillow to the seat probably work well in a car and on some airplane seats. But if you're in seats with integrated, individual screens on the backs, your cord would block the screen of the person behind you. 4) sometimes the seams on the pillow were a little uncomfortable, but I was generally able to adjust it so that wasn't a big issue. These issues aside, I do feel like I slept pretty well using this pillow; certainly better than I would have with a neck pillow. And the fact that it rolls up so small when deflated is very nice. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Travel Accessory I never take the time to write reviews, BUT this product works like no other. Seriously, the other products are a waist of time and money because this TravelRest Pillow works so well and can be adjusted to perfection. When you pull the bottom string, the part under your head can be adjusted so you are incredibly comfortable and you fall asleep easily! September 6, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Must Have Product The pillow was worth every penny! I not only used it on the plane, but when the hotel pillow was not to my liking, I used my travel pillow! I highly recommend the product and have already told many friends that it is a "must have" item. September 3, 2012
