TravelSmith On Air Comfort Pillow 4 5 21 21
On Air Comfort Pillow This has all the earmarks of an excellent product. It's extremely easy to blow it up/let air out. Fooling with that little nipple thing you have to pull out and get the tiny stopper back into before the air runs out is a thing of the past. The cover on the quarter-size opening is only that; its function is not to hold the air in. Blowing easily into that wide opening fills it up to any extent you want and the air is automatically held in when you stop blowing. Inside the opening is a thing that says "On" on the top and looks like a little nipple you pull out to fill it, but it's not. DON'T pull on it. It's a valve that lets the air out with light pressure from your finger on the top of it. You can let a little or a lot out depending on how long you push. Blow more in if you let too much out, etc. The cover is a very soft and comfortable nap-like material. I notice an unobtrusive zipper in the back to take the bladder out and wash the cover if you wish. The pillow is very comfortable around the neck and should give as much/little support as you desire. I haven't left on my trip with it yet to test its durability, but other posters have spoken to that. I note the admonition from some of them to wait until the plane has reached altitude before you blow it up so that it doesn't expand beyond your expectations because of reduced cabin pressure if you blew it up while on the ground. I'm so happy to see this system and not to have to fool with that confounded little malicious air nipple anymore. This is so easy to use. August 1, 2014
Great pillow Others I have tried leaked air upon first inflation. This pillow does not leak, is super easy to inflate and deflate making it great for travel/packing. Great price for a great product. Thanks! July 29, 2014
love this pillow I've used a blow up pillow for at least 20 years...and this is the best I've had..soft on the outside, easy to get the air in and to release the air. I really recommend this for travel..even in the car. December 16, 2012
Hoped to use it In the middle of Europe trip and can't get the pillow to stay firm. The valve popped off on first use and was unable to close it up. Frustrated since several long bus rides planned. Like the felt cover and the idea that it deflates for packing. Disappointed July 5, 2014
Value Stem Holder Snapped out on First Use This product looks as if it would be a winner, but on my first attempt to inflate it, the plastic fitting that is supposed to hold the rubber value snapped out. I could never get it to fit back in as it should. 'Very disappointed. I bought two--one for me and one for my daughter--for an upcoming trip to Italy. Again, very disappointed. Very poor design. Making the Best of Economy Seating Being an intrepid traveler, I've tried several neck pillows over the years. Of them all, this is the most comfortable and easy to use I've found. Very easy to inflate and deflate, folds small. October 21, 2013
Works Well I bought this for a trip and found it very easy to both inflate and deflate. It didn't take up a lot of packing room and is adjustable to your personal comfort. Love the green color. Worth buying. October 17, 2013
One less thing to carry I had another neck rest, but I couldn't pack it. This inflatable neck rest is just what I was looking for. The removable cover is very comfortable and will be great to wash. I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure I'll be very pleased with it. May 6, 2014
