Very Good, Not Great
There's a lot to like about this jacket. The Gore-Tex outer is as good as it gets for wind and rain repulsion, the high collar suits me perfectly, and the fit, amount of warmth, waterproof zippers and adjustable cuffs are excellent. The drawbacks are a zipper pull on the wrong side of the coat (for American men) and pockets that are too small. I had to return the first jacket I bought because of a ripped pocket. I expected more room in them and, really, there's no reason not to make them bigger. The mp3 pocket is also too small. If you don't close the zipper, anything you put in there will fall out. The headphone port seems useless. Why wouldn't you just have your cord stick through the top of the zipper opening instead of having to weave it through the port? Overall, a good jacket, but the pockets are disappointing.
