How do I stop receiving your catalogs in the mail?
If you prefer not to receive mailings, your address is incorrect or you are receiving duplicate catalogs, please cut your mailing label from the back cover of your catalog and send it to: TravelSmith Mail Preference Service, 42 Thomas Patten Drive, Randolph, MA 02368.
How do I unsubscribe from your email list?
To be removed from our mailing list, click the “unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of any TravelSmith any email, then click “submit”.
What brands are excluded from your promotions?

How can I purchase an eGift Card?

Click here and then…

  • Choose your amount
  • Enter the email address of your gift recipient
  • Add a personalized message
  • Add to your shopping bag and check out as normal
  • Your eGift Card will be delivered to your gift recipient and a confirmation will be sent to you
Do you offer monogramming?
Yes! You can personalize select TravelSmith styles with an embroidered 3-initial monogram. Please note that monogramming will add 7 business days to your order for processing. Monogrammed items are not returnable. Visit The Monogram Shop for more details.
How do I create an online account?
Click on “account” at the top of the web site. Click on “new shopper” tab then enter your email address and password. Click “register”.
How do I update my personal information?
Once you’ve created your online account, you can edit your information, review your order history, create a wish list, and more by clicking on your personal information at the top of the screen (next to Order Status).
What forms of payment do you accept online?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How do I redeem an eGift Card?
Simply enter your TravelSmith eGift Card number in the gift certificate box at checkout on the payment and promotions tab. You may also redeem your eGift Card by phone at 1-800-770-3387.
What is your Return Policy?
You may return any merchandise within 60 days of receipt and receive a full refund on the price you paid (less any shipping charges), or take up to 90 days to decide and receive a merchandise credit towards your next purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, we will not charge you for return postage or shipping on your new item.

Within 60 days of the date your order ships, you may exchange, replace or return your item to receive a refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) if accompanied by the original package invoice. If the package invoice is not available, you will receive a refund for the current selling price (excluding shipping and handling charges). If you are using the return label provided, the postage fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your return. The postage fee will not be deducted with any exchange.

May I exchange an item in my web order?
Yes. For exchanges via mail, please complete the order blank on the back of your invoice indicating the exchange item #, size and color you would like. Please note that we do not charge shipping on exchanged orders and that return postage is not reimbursed.

Why haven’t I received my entire order?
While we make every effort to ship your items together, there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments. The most common reason for dividing an order is item availability.

Please note that when we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not charged an additional fee. We simply divide the shipping cost provided at checkout across the multiple shipments when your order is charged. You are not charged until your order ships.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Your order is normally shipped within two business days of receipt. Depending on the shipping option that you have chosen, your delivery day will fall into one of the categories below:

Standard Delivery
Should arrive within 4-7 business days to the contiguous US, AK*, HI* and PR* (depending on distance from shipping location).

*For shipments to AK, HI and PR, a $3 surcharge will be added to the Standard Delivery fee. Shipments to other US territories, APOs, and FPOs, please expect 10-12 business days for delivery.

2-3 Day Delivery
Will arrive within 2 to 3 business days if ordered by 2:00 PM (EST). This delivery is only available in the contiguous US. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes using this shipping option.

1-2 Day Delivery
Will arrive within 1 to 2 business days if ordered by 2:00 PM (EST). This delivery is only available in the contiguous US. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes using this shipping option.

How do I track my order?
You can track the status of your order at any time by clicking here and entering your order number, billing last name and billing zip code. You may also check your order status and obtain tracking information by logging into your account and navigating to your order history. When you set up an account, your information will be securely stored for the most convenient shopping experience imaginable! To register, click on “account” at the top of the web site. Click on “new shopper”, then enter your email address and password. Click “register”.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Orders can be delivered to PO boxes for Standard Delivery only. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes using Expedited Delivery (1-2 Day or 2-3 Day).

For shipments to other US territories, APOs, and FPOs, please expect 10-12 business days for delivery.
