Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these pants My only complaint is that the old sizing (pre 2007) fit me better. Now the large is too big and the medium is rather tight. Medium used to fit me perfectly. Would be nice if these pants had belt loops. I wear them with un-tucked shirts most of the time (to hide the elastic waist). I bought my first pair of these in about 1998 for cross country skiing. Then started wearing them for travel and now wear them every day. These pants keep you cool when it's hot and dry quickly in cold wet weather. I still wear them for cross country skiing with only briefs under them down to about 10 degrees fahrenheit. At lower temps, I add some light weight long underwear. I dislike pants that are too warm. These pants keep me cooler than any other long pants (even the "charcoal" color in direct sunlight). And I think they look great with un-tucked straight-hem shirts. April 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Pants - Please Don't Discontinue Them! The Anywhere Pants - both the nylon supplex and the cotton version are the best pants I've owned. Travel Smith seems to have already discontinued the Cotton Anywhere Pants and is in the process of discontinuing the nylon version. Travel Smith - Please keep both the cotton and nylon versions of the Anywhere Pants! Thank you! Chris March 8, 2011

Rated 2 out of 5 by Stay at home pants Ordered two pairs of these. My husband wore one, but the other one is definitely going back! These are the most baggy and shapeless pants you can find in this universe! Sorry, Travelsmith, you can do better than this! May 3, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by needed improvements Good that you have this product back , BUT, -Pants need belt loops for a real belt. -The new buckle is weak and will open under a strain. I would return them for this reason , but i need them in spite of this issue. Just limits their usefulness. Needs a 2nd back pocket. October 5, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Practical and comfortable These are great travel and casual pants. They are comfortable and light weight. Most importantly they are easy to pack since they take up much less space than jeans or khaki's and weigh less than half as much. The two zippered pockets are great when you are in pick pocket territory or just don't want things to fall out of your pockets. They also make great, cool (literally) shorts. March 24, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Sloppy My husband buys a lot of TravelSmith pants, and wears them all the time. While he likes them (though they always have to be shortened), I have to admit that I'm sick of them. Sure they're comfy, but with all that baggy microfiber stuff he walks around looking like a "sad sack.". Everything is loose. Don't be misled into thinking you'll look sharp in these clothes. This is my first step in going about telling him how awful he looks in these clothes. Wear them on the plane or in the middle of the Serengeti, but please stop wearing them out to dinner. May 5, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Here's some pants you'll want to get into! I have bought quite a few pairs of these particular pants in various colors over the years....and whined the years the catalog didn't carry them. These are the best pants ever! I love the color stone and find them to be incredibly versitile. Two other factors put them over the top. 1) They wash up like a dream and dry in a flash. But take them out of the dryer quickly, shake them out, stretch the seams a bit and smooth them with your hand. That's ironing necessary. And number 2, they are incredibly light so they take practically zero space in the packing. And despite the lightness, I've worn the black ones in the dead of winter in Northern Europe and they work fine with tall socks and a long coat. Grab a pair of these bad boys, you won't be sorry!
