TravelFit Refined Jeans 3.7 5 25 27
nice fit but cheap construction I bought these to use during a three week trip to Southern Europe. I was looking for a light weight jean that was easy to care for and did not wrinkle. The fabric and fit were perfect but the construction was poor. The side zipper is the cheap nylon kind and was sewn in poorly. The paper label (tag) was sewn in so tightly that when I carefully tried to cut it off, I cut a small hole in the jeans. Additionally the seam in the crotch came apart while I was traveling so I had to sew it back together by hand. I was also disappointed that there was no pocket in the jean either. For the price this was not a good deal. However, I have to say that it is VERY hard to find a light weight jean anywhere. I probably went to a dozen different stores and websites looking for them. Hey TS here is an idea for next spring/summer; Use this material and create a WELL CONSTRUCTED JEAN in a jean style (rather than a slack style) and watch them FLY off the shelf. August 3, 2011
Wish these came in straight leg & had longer rise The fabric is lightweight and great for traveling. The length is good for those of us who are taller (I'm 5'9"), but I wish the slacks had a longer rise. The slacks sit lower on the hips than I like. I would like to see a straight leg version of these slacks. February 18, 2011
would not order again size does not conform to description poor fit through the rise. bunchy in spots. June 25, 2010
I love the "no fly" flat front styling of these pants ... exactly what I was looking for in a denim fabric without extra bulkiness. Even though I ordered petite sizing, these pants were too long and larger in the waist than I expected. However, this is not unusual for me: I was able to make alterations without any problems, and now I enjoy wearing them. August 13, 2010
great fabric The fabric in these jeans is great for travel...light weight and wrinkle resistant. I have some trouble with the zipper catching the fabric zipping it up. April 7, 2011
Tip on fit I really like this pair of jeans. It fits well other than the length - which I will shorten. I like the color and they wash well. July 10, 2010
Too long, terrible zipper Bought these pants two years ago. The petite length at that time was "31 INCHES". Who out there who wears petite has a 31 inch inseam? Loved the fabric so took them to the seamstress to hem. The zipper is rough at the bottom. Snagged several pairs of panties and scratched my thigh. Solved the problem by painting the rough area with nailpolish. The style is great, but the construction is not. Washes well in the sink and dries overnight. I would love to try the dressy, black front zippered pair for travel, but am hesitant. April 16, 2011
Poor quality After washing these jeans 5-6 times the hem looks frayed. If you fold the jeans the folds stay and the pants need ironing. Color continues to run. Fit is OK. These jeans are not good for traveling. I don't know why they're called "travelfit." April 29, 2012
